Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their private equity and mergers & acquisitions group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions, gained from a top-tier law firm. The role involves representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity, and minority investments. Candidates should be adept at drafting deal documents, managing diligence processes, and supervising specialist teams and junior associates. Admission to the California Bar is required.
