Description
Our client is seeking a corporate associate to join their private equity and mergers & acquisitions group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions within a top-tier law firm. The role requires expertise in representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity, and minority investments. Candidates should have experience as a lead associate on deals, including drafting deal documents, managing diligence processes, and supervising specialist teams and junior associates.
