PRIVATE EQUITY M&A ASSOCIATE (3943)
Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with expertise in private equity and M&A to join their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents is essential. Experience with management equity arrangements, including incentive equity terms and co-investment arrangements, is also required. Familiarity with private equity fund documentation and structures is advantageous. Candidates must hold a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials, have at least five years of relevant experience, and be admitted to the Texas bar or eligible for admission.
