Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level associate to join their Private Equity M&A practice, with a focus on supporting healthcare clients with transactional needs. This includes acquisitions of physician and dental practices and representation of behavioral health providers. The role is open to candidates across multiple locations, with a preference for those in major cities. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in M&A transactions, particularly with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers. Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is a plus. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. A JD is required.
