Our client, a prestigious law firm with a significant presence in the corporate and private equity legal landscape, is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate and Private Equity Department in their Charlotte office. The department is renowned for its expertise in a wide range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, and more. The firm is a leader in representing Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) and is highly ranked in national benchmarking league tables. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in private equity-led M&A transactions, and should be capable of leading these transactions from inception to completion.
