PRIVATE FUND DEBT FINANCING ASSOCIATE (2396)
Description
Our client is seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in transactions providing debt financing solutions for fund sponsors and investors, including collateralized fund obligations, rated note feeders, and NAV facilities. Candidates should have prior experience with private equity fund sponsors or lenders, and a background or interest in structured finance and capital markets. Essential skills include reviewing private equity fund documents, drafting debt financing documents, managing transactions, and working on deal teams. The ideal candidate will be driven, eager to learn, and ready to contribute immediately in a dynamic, client-facing practice. This role can be based in Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Washington, DC.
