PRIVATE FUND DEBT FINANCING ASSOCIATE (2397)
Description
Our client is seeking candidates with at least three years of experience in collateralized fund obligations, private funds, debt capital markets, NAV facilities, or similar structured financing products. Qualified candidates must have strong experience running deals, managing teams, and drafting primary deal documents. Ideal candidates will be driven, motivated to learn, and poised to add immediate value in a dynamic and expanding client-facing practice. This position will work across multiple US offices, and candidates can be based in Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Washington, DC.
