Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level private investment funds associate with 3 - 6 years of fund formation experience with private fund managers. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting or reviewing private offering materials. While the primary location for this position is in Chicago, candidates for other locations will also be considered.
