Description
Our client is seeking a Private Funds Associate Attorney at a mid to senior level to join their team in New York, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, or Palo Alto. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in the formation and operation of private funds, including private equity, leveraged buyout, venture capital, hedge funds, mezzanine debt, and real estate opportunity funds, as well as other limited partnerships and joint ventures. The role requires a high performer who can communicate complex legal matters effectively both orally and in writing. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and engaging team environment, working on high-profile matters with top-tier clients.
