Description
Our client, a global top 50 law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Group. The position is based in Century City, but strong candidates from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Orange County will also be considered. The team specializes in disputes over private wealth, notably involving trusts, decedents’ estates, and conservatorships or adult guardianships. They handle cases involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud, misfeasance and malfeasance in estate administration, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, and will and trust contests. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of litigation experience at a top 100 law firm, exposure to issues involving trusts, decedents’ estates and conservatorships or adult guardianships, and must be admitted to the California bar. A strong academic background from a top-tier law school and exceptional writing skills are required.
