Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join their Private Wealth Services practice group in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for Florida-admitted lawyers, including recent law school graduates or junior attorneys with up to two years of experience. The position involves working on complex estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax matters for high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses. Responsibilities include preparing estate planning documents, conducting legal research, supporting estate and trust administration, and participating in client meetings. Candidates should have a JD or JD/LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school, 0-2 years of relevant experience, and strong academic credentials. Florida Bar admission is required or a willingness to become licensed in Florida promptly.
