Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate to join their Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group based in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be representing leaders across various industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive. The role involves hands-on training and the opportunity to manage discovery and trial on complex matters. The ideal candidate should have four to six years of litigation experience, including deposition and substantive brief writing. Familiarity with California state and federal civil procedure is preferred, and experience in product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, and/or trial in California is a plus. Admission to the California bar is a requirement. The compensation package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
