Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice Group based in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic litigation team representing leaders across various industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, technology, and automotive. The role involves managing complex discovery and participating in significant and interesting trials. The ideal candidate should have three to six years of litigation experience, including complex discovery and substantive brief writing. Experience in product liability, mass tort, MDL, team management, deposition, and/or trial is advantageous. Admission to the Indiana bar is a prerequisite.
