Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Product Liability Associate Attorney for their office in Garden City, NY. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with litigation experience who are looking to take on increased and substantive defense litigation responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the state of New York, and have 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, class actions, product liability, and product recall. Superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and legal project management experience are also required. The role involves taking a leading role on a dynamic litigation team, independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, and providing status reports to clients.
