Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Mid-level Associate to join their Product Liability team. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of significant experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, procedural and dispositive motions, and fact witness depositions, preferably in personal injury cases. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills, coupled with enthusiasm and commitment to partnership potential. The role requires a high level of proficiency in civil litigation and a strong desire to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.
