Our client is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney for their San Francisco office. This role is ideal for lawyers with litigation experience who are eager to advance their careers and take on substantive defense litigation responsibilities. The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess 3+ years of professional liability experience, including defending real estate agents/brokers, attorneys, accountants, or insurance agents in malpractice cases. Key responsibilities include managing a litigation caseload independently, collaborating with other attorneys and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as legal project management experience, are essential.
