Description
Our client is seeking an associate attorney with three to five years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Excellent academic credentials and civil litigation experience in state court are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with first-party insurance litigation, bad faith insurance litigation, and Federal Court experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida.
