Description
Our client seeks a senior associate/counsel level attorney to join its market-leading Structured Finance practice in the New York or Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers and sponsors of residential mortgage and consumer receivable financings, including RMBS, ABS, master repurchase facilities, and warehouse facilities. Applicants should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and be admitted to (or have the ability to waive into) the New York or D.C.
