Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Professional Liability Defense Associate Attorney for their office in Madison, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys eager to take on substantive responsibilities as part of a dynamic defense team within a national firm. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, and have at least 2 years of litigation experience. Experience in professional liability and legal malpractice defense, deposition, trial preparation, and legal project management is a plus. The role involves independently managing or supporting a defense litigation caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trial, regular court appearances and depositions, and maintaining communication with clients to provide status reports.
