Description
Our client, a top-tier national law firm, is seeking a motivated litigation attorney to support their Health Care Professional Liability practice group. This off-track position offers exceptional experience working with seasoned attorneys and diverse clients. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong law school achievement, high-level writing and communication skills, and three or more years of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, or related civil litigation. This includes managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation such as drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling court appearances.
