The firm is known for its collegial and innovative culture, working seamlessly across practices and offices worldwide. The projects practice, one of the largest globally, involves over 350 project and project finance lawyers across 50+ offices, representing a diverse range of clients in major domestic and cross-border renewable energy projects and financings. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A, debt and equity financing transactions, and a deep understanding of structures, risk profiles, and regulatory regimes.
