Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice group in Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in project finance and development, with expertise in M&A, EPCs, O&M, development, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and project finance, particularly in renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Strong drafting, negotiating, and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to independently manage deal components. This role offers the chance to engage in a national renewable energy project finance and development practice, with significant partner and client interaction.
