Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate (Class Years 2019-2021) with a focus on Latin America to join their Project Development & Finance practice group. This role is based in New York and involves working on finance and development, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and complex work-outs and restructurings of infrastructure assets across various sectors, including power, mining, renewables and sustainable development, and transportation. The ideal candidate should have Project Development & Finance experience from a top-tier law firm, strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and fluency in Spanish. The candidate will have an immediate opportunity to take on a significant role in transactions.
