Our client seeks a project development/finance associate from the class of 2017-2019 with significant experience in M&A, financing transactions (including trading structures), debt finance, and renewable energy transactions. The ideal candidate will embody core values of collegiality, commitment, excellence, integrity, and intensity, and possess stellar academic credentials along with comparable law firm experience. The position is open to candidates residing in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C., and requires in-person availability. The role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including project sponsors, developers, financial institutions, investors, and other key participants in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
