Our client seeks a project development/finance associate from the class of 2017-2019 with significant experience in M&A, financing transactions, debt finance, and renewable energy transactions. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. The candidate may reside in Houston, New York, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C.
