Description
Our client is seeking an Associate (ideally 3rd to 5th Year range) to join their Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group in New York, with consideration for Washington, DC, and Houston. Ideal candidates will have experience in project finance and development, limited recourse, and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors, though those with leveraged finance or other finance experience are also encouraged to apply. The group serves major corporations, private equity, institutional investors, banks, and financial institutions. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, law firm experience, and be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
