Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of renewable energy transactional experience to join their Finance Practice Group and Energy Sector in Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, New York, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy project finance and/or tax credit transactions, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents. The role requires managing due diligence, reviewing project documents, and closing transactions. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, be in good standing, and be an active member of the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Large law firm experience is preferred.
