PROJECT FINANCE ASSOCIATE (2632)
Description
Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of significant transactional experience in debt project finance and/or tax equity, specifically from the classes of 2019-2021. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the preparation, review, and negotiation of credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, collateral documents, and other ancillary credit documents, as well as tax equity transaction documents such as equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC agreements, leases, and related documents. Additionally, the role requires substantial experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements, including joint venture agreements, feedstock, offtake, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale, and other project agreements.
