Description
Our client is seeking a mid to senior-level finance associate to join their Project & Energy group, focusing on energy transition financing matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile international projects, including innovative financing deals in the energy transition sector. Candidates should have a JD and be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance, including handling transactions related to financing and M&A of energy transition projects, is required. Expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
