Our client is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group, with opportunities available in New York, Washington, DC, and Houston. Ideal candidates will have a background in project finance and development, limited recourse, and structured financings within the energy and infrastructure sectors, though those with leveraged finance or other finance experience are also encouraged to apply. The role involves working with major corporations, private equity, institutional investors, banks, and financial institutions. Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials, law firm experience, and be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
