Description
Our client is seeking a Project Finance Associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience, specifically in representing lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing, and analytical skills, and must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Candidates should be members of the bar in the relevant state corresponding to their preferred office location, which can be in Atlanta, Chicago, Florida, New York, North Carolina, Texas, or Washington D.C.
