Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in public, project, or other finance transactions to join their Baltimore office. The role involves representing borrowers, developers, investment banks, investors, issuers, and lenders in various public and project finance transactions, including sectors like renewable energy, housing, healthcare, water/sewer, and education facilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of public and/or project finance documentation and tax equity experience, with a proven track record of closing transactions. The position offers significant responsibility, client interaction, and opportunities for involvement in marketing and business development. An active bar license in Maryland is preferred.
