Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a transactional associate with over 4 years of experience to join their Energy Project Development and Finance group. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group, with flexibility in office location. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in energy project development, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance transactions, particularly in renewable power and energy transition sectors. Familiarity with energy regulatory matters, project real property, permitting requirements, and various project agreements is essential. The role requires a team-oriented individual capable of handling significant responsibilities, including drafting deal documents, managing complex diligence, and supervising junior associates.
