Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Associate (ideally 6th to 8th Year range) to join their Latin America-focused Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group in New York. This premier, Chambers Band 1-ranked law firm has a distinguished cross-border project finance department known for handling significant Latin American project finance mandates. The team is highly regarded for advising project sponsors, investors, and lender syndicates on complex bank and securities financing across sectors such as energy, oil & gas, data/telecom, metals & mining, industrial water, and logistics & transport infrastructure in jurisdictions like Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with LatAm clients, significant experience representing sponsors and lenders, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Candidates must have outstanding academics, be admitted to the New York State Bar, and be in good standing.
