Our client is seeking a mid to senior-level finance associate to join their Project & Energy Finance group, focusing on the financing of energy transition and data center projects. This role offers the opportunity to work from any of their US offices and involves engaging with a dynamic team on internationally recognized projects, including innovative financing deals in the energy transition sector. Candidates should possess a JD, be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in project finance or related fields. Essential skills include strong analytical and writing abilities, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a focus on drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation and managing complex closings.
