Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus, is seeking a lawyer with 4-6 years of Project Development and M&A experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, or project development, including negotiation of engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements. The role involves collaborating across a global team on innovative, complex, and challenging projects, with opportunities to work on 100% renewable energy transactions or a broader energy and infrastructure practice.
