The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and compliance. The role involves managing client relationships and handling the workflow demands of clients with sophisticated needs, as well as representing companies in capital markets transactions. Candidates should have experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and possess a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
