Description
Our client, a preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice, is seeking associates for their downtown office. The ideal candidates will have three to six years of experience with public companies ('34 Act) and/or capital markets. Responsibilities include representing public companies in SEC ('34 Act) reporting, corporate governance matters, exchange compliance, and capital markets transactions. Candidates should also be capable of managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands of public company clients with sophisticated needs. Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm is preferred, along with a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
