Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their Public Finance Group based in New York. The role involves handling a wide range of financing matters involving state or local governmental entities, including municipal bonds, public infrastructure projects, nonprofit facilities, for-profit projects, IRS audits, SEC investigations, and bankruptcies. While a strong transactional background and experience in public finance transactions and securities law is a plus, it is not a requirement as the firm offers robust on-the-job training. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and have excellent writing and communication skills.
