The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and one to three years of legal experience, particularly in handling complex, multi-party transactions. A background in public finance transactions is highly preferred. The role involves representing a diverse range of institutional clients, including banks, real estate lenders, underwriters, nonprofits, and government issuers. The position offers significant responsibility, client interaction, and opportunities for involvement in marketing and business development. An active bar license in Washington, D.C. is preferred.
