Description
Our client is seeking a Public Finance Associate for their Denver office. The role involves handling public finance matters with state and local governmental entities and nonprofits, including municipal bonds, commercial loans, and public-private partnerships for infrastructure and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include drafting transaction documents such as official statements, trust indentures, and loan agreements, as well as assisting with due diligence and securities disclosure documents. Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience in public or real estate finance, a JD from an accredited law school, and admission to the Colorado bar or eligibility to waive in with a UBE score.
