Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified Public Finance Attorney to join their collegial and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public finance, with experience in bond transactions, tax-exempt financing, and securities law. Responsibilities include advising municipalities, counties, conservancy districts, regional districts, other public entities, and private sector entities on taxable and tax-exempt financings, and economic development matters such as tax abatements and tax increment financing. The role involves drafting and negotiating bond documents, advising on tax-exempt financing and securities law compliance, and working collaboratively with other attorneys to provide exceptional client service. The position offers a mix of in-office and remote work depending on case and workload demands.
