Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an associate or counsel with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join their Public Finance Team in Dallas. The role involves advising on a wide range of financing matters for state and local governmental entities, including municipal bonds and other obligations, both tax-exempt and taxable, across the U.S. and its territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong transactional background, particularly in public finance transactions and tax-exempt municipal bond financing. Experience with debt offerings and business transactions for school districts, junior college districts, cities, counties, and special-purpose districts is preferred. Key requirements include 2-5 years of transactional experience, excellent communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and active Texas Bar membership or eligibility.
