Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Public M&A team within their Global M&A Group. This team is known for handling high-profile M&A transactions across sectors such as Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services. Ideal candidates will have substantial M&A and transactional experience, particularly with public companies, and a strong understanding of related securities laws. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent communication skills are essential. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.
