Description
Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Public M&A team within their Global M&A Group. This team is recognized for handling a high volume of M&A transactions worldwide and offers the chance to work on significant deals in the Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services sectors. Ideal candidates will have general M&A and transactional experience, particularly with public company transactions and related securities laws. Applicants should possess outstanding academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, excellent communication skills, and relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain it promptly).
