Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Public M&A team within their Global M&A Group. This team is part of an industry-leading law firm recognized for handling the highest volume of M&A transactions worldwide. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions across sectors such as Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services. Ideal candidates will have general M&A and transactional experience, particularly with public companies, and a strong understanding of related securities laws. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent communication skills, relevant bar admission (or eligibility), and a deal sheet are required.
