Description
Our client is seeking a skilled attorney to manage and litigate international arbitration matters before international tribunals and cross-border litigation in New York federal and state courts. Key responsibilities include researching legal issues in international commercial and investment arbitration, interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, handling non-administered ad-hoc arbitrations, and engaging in discovery practice. The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. or L.L.M. degree, have at least two years of relevant experience, and be licensed to practice law in New York. Experience with civil law systems, particularly in Latin American jurisdictions, and the ability to cross-examine witnesses and deliver oral arguments in arbitration hearings are essential.
