Description
Our client is seeking a 3rd-5th year level associate to join their Litigation practice group in New York. The ideal candidate should have experience in general commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance matters, and be proficient in pleadings, motions, and discovery practices, including e-discovery. A strong academic background, exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently while interfacing with clients are essential. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school, and be admitted to the New York State Bar. Experience with an AmLaw 100 firm is advantageous.
