Description
Our client is seeking an associate (class of 2016 through 2019) to join their New York Finance practice, focusing on aviation-related transactions. The role involves representing major banks, leasing companies, airlines, investors, traders, and manufacturers in various aviation transactions, including financing, leasing, trading, restructuring, and enforcement of aviation assets. Candidates should be familiar with secured, unsecured, and guaranteed financing transactions, Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and the Cape Town Convention. Experience in managing and closing significant financing transactions, drafting and negotiating related documentation, and advising clients is essential.
