Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join its Affordable Housing group. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of an expanding team dedicated to client service. The position is available in multiple large markets, including Orlando, where the office is centrally located with a view of Lake Eola. The team represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in various aspects of affordable multifamily housing projects across the US, utilizing a range of federal, state, and local programs. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters, along with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Membership in Good Standing with the Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or DC Bar is required.
